Generates a PDF with organization header, author avatars, and threaded comments for the given entity. Optionally restrict to a single root comment thread via rootCommentId.

List Comments as Tree GET

Lists comments as a tree structure with nested replies. Filter by customerId, invoiceId, terrainId, etc.

Preview comments PDF GET

Builds the same PDF as export, stores it temporarily, and returns a signed `/api/storage/preview/...` URL (like comment attachments).
