List Outstanding Consumption GET

Lists customers with outstanding consumption. Supports pagination, sorting, and filters (no water/electricity/gas outstanding, last utility invoice min days ago, automatic billing).

Invoice All Consumption POST

Invoices all outstanding consumption for a customer. Optionally adds items to an existing draft invoice. Optionally filters by specific meter IDs.
