Get Email Notification Delivery Attachment URL

/orgs/{organizationId}/email-notification-deliveries/{id}/attachments/{index}/url

Returns a short-lived download URL for an attachment of a sent email. Links to stored files are signed again on every call, so they keep working after the link in the email expired.
