Creates a customer from MRZ-derived scan fields, applies extra fields where possible, and links the scan. Returns 400 if the scan is already linked or has no given name.

Links an identity document scan to an existing contact and sets the scan's customer to that contact's customer.
Create contact from identity document scan POST
Creates a contact for the given customer using MRZ-derived scan fields (where present), assigns the scan to that customer if needed, and links the scan to the new contact in one step. The scan must not already be linked to another customer or to a contact. Returns 400 if data is insufficient.
