Import Meters

/orgs/{organizationId}/meters/import

Imports meter data from an XLSX file and upserts changes. Creates new meters or updates existing ones based on ID (primary) or name+provider (fallback). Only requires name, type, and provider columns. Optional: serial, terrainName, meterCabinetName.
