Force print queue flush POST

Promotes all scheduled print queue jobs to pending (due now), then schedules an immediate background run to process pending and due jobs for the organization. No-ops while printing is paused.

Lists all products with optional filtering and sorting. Filter by configured side-effect type via `configuredActionType` (include `null` for products without actions).
