Force sync QR wallet passes

/orgs/{organizationId}/wallet-pass/access-methods/{id}/sync

Bumps every Apple and Google Wallet pass of a QR_CODE access method, even when its content is unchanged, and pushes the update to registered devices.

Save QR pass to Google Wallet (staff) GET

Creates or refreshes a Google Wallet Generic pass and redirects to the Save to Google Wallet flow.

Generate personal access URL POST

Returns a customer-facing URL (signed token, no expiry) to preview the QR access method; Apple Wallet download is offered on that page when configured.
