Get inbox thread

Returns a single inbox thread (metadata without messages).

Delete inbox tag DELETE

Deletes an organization-wide inbox tag and removes it from all conversation threads.

Update inbox thread PATCH

Partially updates an inbox thread. Use `hasUnread` to mark a conversation read or unread. Use `aiAssistantMode` to force the AI assistant on, off, or back to automatic (30-minute pause after staff replies). Use `tagIds` to replace assigned inbox tags (requires inbox:write).
