Get inbox thread participant profile

Returns enriched participant profile details for the inbox context panel, including external profile links when available.

Update inbox thread PATCH

Partially updates an inbox thread. Use `hasUnread` to mark a conversation read or unread. Use `aiAssistantMode` to force the AI assistant on, off, or back to automatic (30-minute pause after staff replies). Use `tagIds` to replace assigned inbox tags (requires inbox:write).

List inbox thread messages GET

Returns paginated messages for an inbox thread in chronological order. Omit page to load the latest page first; use previousPage to load older messages.
