Removes the pin from an inbox thread.

Pin inbox thread POST

Pins an inbox thread to the top of the open conversations list.

Remove outbound inbox message POST

Removes an outbound message on channels that support it. Website inbox messages are soft-deleted in Tillor only. Staff can remove their own messages with inbox:write; other staff or AI messages require inbox:messages:manage-others.
